Purdy

Professional decorators have long relied on Purdy, and this collection covers its brushes and roller sleeves. Browse the Purdy roller and Purdy paint rollers, a Purdy roller sleeve, the Purdy colossus, Purdy colossus roller and Purdy colossus paint roller, as well as Purdy mini roller options.

Purdy white dove and the Purdy white dove roller are lambs wool style choices for a fine finish, and Purdy monarch elite and Monarch XL Elite brushes give crisp cutting-in. Sprig XL Elite flat trim brushes in 3 inch widths and 1 inch trim brushes suit detail. Roller sleeves come in sizes such as 12 inch with a 1 inch nap and 14 inch Altitude with a 3/8 inch nap.

Match the nap to the surface, using a short nap for smooth walls and ceilings and a longer one for textured or rough masonry. Make sure the sleeve fits your roller frame, and wash roller sleeves promptly after use. Load the roller evenly and avoid pressing so hard that paint is squeezed out of the edges.
