What to include in your message

About an order: your order number and the name used at checkout.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item: your order number, a short description and photos of the item and packaging.
Product question: the product name or link, and what you are planning to use it for.
Return: your order number, the item and the reason for return.
Safety data sheet: the product name or link.

Trade and bulk quotes

For trade or bulk orders, email us with:

a list of the products you need, with links or product names
the quantity of each item
your delivery postcode
your company name, if you would like the quote addressed to a business
