Cuprinol

Colour and protect garden timber with Cuprinol. The range centres on Cuprinol Garden Shades in 1L, 2.5L and 5L tins, in shades from muted clay and wild thyme to natural stone and beach blue, with Cuprinol shades suited to sheds, fences, summerhouses and furniture.

For Cuprinol fence work, there is Ducksback, a one coat sprayable fence treatment and fence stain options in several colours. Cuprinol decking stain includes anti-slip versions, and UV Guard decking oil is available for natural timber. Cuprinol garden products also include teak oil spray and hardwood furniture oil for tables and chairs. A Cuprinol stain lets the grain show, while shades are matt colours that add pigment.

Prepare timber by brushing off dirt, removing loose old coatings and allowing it to dry fully. Apply in dry weather, and always check the label for the coverage, as rough sawn fencing will use more than planed wood. Keep decking clean and free of algae before applying a decking stain.
