Stanley

Stanley is a long-standing hand tool brand, and this range includes the tools many DIYers reach for first. You will find a Stanley knife in fixed and folding designs, Stanley knife blades and a utility blade dispenser, plus Stanley FatMax knife and Stanley FatMax blades for heavier cutting jobs.

Beyond knives, the collection covers box spirit levels in several lengths, screwdriver sets, tape measures such as the FatMax Blade Armor, a razor scraper with spare blades, toolboxes with metal latches and Pro-Stack storage. Stanley blades come in packs, so keep a spare supply and replace dull ones promptly, since a sharp blade is safer and cuts more cleanly than a blunt one.

Match the blade to the knife, because heavy-duty, utility and trimming blades are different shapes. Retract or cover the blade after each cut, dispose of used blades in a sturdy container and keep them away from children. For levelling, a longer level gives better accuracy over long runs, while a short one fits tight spaces.
