Run a little water so the cup sits in water.
Block the overflow with a cloth for a better seal.
Place the cup over the plug hole and pump firmly up and down.
Lift away and check the water drains, then repeat if needed.

Standard delivery £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more. Arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
