This BG weatherproof 20A 1 gang switch is for outdoor and damp locations, so it works as an outdoor light switch. It is rated IP55 with the cover closed and comes with a mounting box.

How to use
- Isolate the circuit at the consumer unit and prove it dead before you start.
- Position the 20A switch where you can reach it, away from standing water.
- Make the connections inside the 20A switch and keep the cable entry sealed.
- Finish the 20A switch with all entries sealed, then restore the power.
- Make sure nothing presses on the cable where it enters the 20A switch.
