Why choose short bright oval nails?
The shank of oval wire nails is set lengthways with the grain, which helps reduce splitting in timber. A short length suits thin battens, beading and trims.
How to use
- Line the oval shank up with the wood grain.
- Tap the nail in gently to start it.
- Drive it home and punch below the surface if needed.
