Why a flexible palette knife?
A stiff blade drags on soft buttercream. The flexible blade on each steel spatula bends as you spread, leaving a smoother finish on cupcakes and sponge tops.
How to use
- Scoop a little icing onto the blade.
- Spread with light strokes, keeping the blade almost flat.
- Clean the edge between strokes.
- Wash in the dishwasher.
