How to spot when to use epsom salts for plants

Look at the older leaves first. Yellowing leaves with the colour showing between the veins is an early sign of magnesium shortage, which is common in tomatoes grown in pots and grow bags.

How to use

1. Check the pack for the dilution or rate.
2. Dissolve the measured amount in water, or apply to the soil, as directed.
3. Water or spray onto the affected plants.
4. Repeat as the pack advises until the new growth is green.
