About this product
Securplumb Compression Plastic Nuts 32mm
This Securplumb 32mm compression nut is a plastic nut for compression waste fittings. When an old nut splits or goes missing, a new compression fitting nut lets you remake the joint without replacing the whole fitting. It suits 32mm compression fittings on basin waste runs. Plastic nuts can crack if overtightened, so firm hand pressure is usually enough. Keep the seal the right way round when you refit it.

Which one do I need?
Check the fitting size first. This plastic compression nut is 32mm, for waste pipe only, not for pressurised supply.
Changing the nut
- Place a bowl under the leaking joint.
- Undo and remove the old nut.
- Slide the new nut onto the pipe with the seal.
- Tighten by hand and check for drips.
