Specifications

What is a stillson wrench for?

A stillson pipe wrench grips round pipe, fittings and stubborn threaded joints, with jaws that bite tighter as you pull on the handle. The 18in length suits larger fittings where extra leverage helps break a tight joint.

How to use

1. Open the jaws so the pipe sits between them.
2. Close the adjuster until the jaws just touch.
3. Pull on the handle in the direction the jaw opening faces.
4. Protect plated pipe with a cloth, as the teeth will mark it.
