How many packs of grey floor tiles?
Measure the floor area in square metres, divide by 1.5 and round up. Long tiles can produce more waste at walls, so add a margin.
Laying the floor
- Check the subfloor is flat and firm.
- Use an adhesive suited to porcelain.
- Back-butter each tile.
- Offset joints by no more than a third.
- Grout once set.
