Is a ventilation fan timer useful?
Yes, where moisture hangs around after a shower. The timer keeps extracting once the light is off, and the low noise level means it will not disturb the rest of the house.
How to use
- Turn off the power at the consumer unit.
- Make sure the wall opening is 100mm.
- Fit the fan and duct.
- Have a qualified electrician wire the timer connection.
