Specifications

Which one do I need?

Before buying, work out how deep the joint is. A 70mm screw suits a joint of about that overall depth, and a shorter one suits thinner work.

How to use

1. Hold the pieces together, mark each position and look for pipes or cables behind.
2. A pilot hole helps in harder timber, and softer material may not need one.
3. Seat a TX bit firmly in the head before you pull the trigger.
4. Finish with the head flush, without forcing the last turn.
