Why a tee 15mm tap?
A tee lets you add a washing machine supply without ending the pipe run, so water continues on to other fittings.
Fitting the tee
- Turn off the water.
- Cut a section from the 15mm pipe.
- Fit the tee into the gap.
- Tighten both compression joints.
- Connect the hose and test.
