Specifications

Which 22mm tap washer do I need?

Measure the connector or check the old washer. If your tap fittings use a 22mm connection, this size is the one to pick; smaller connectors need a smaller washer.

How to use

1. Shut off the supply and open the tap to drain the pipe.
2. Undo the connector nut and lift out the worn washer.
3. Seat a new fibre washer flat in the nut.
4. Tighten the nut by hand, then a little more with a spanner.

FAQs

Is fitting a tap washer at a connector a DIY job?

Yes, for most people. Isolate the water first, then swap the washer at the nut.

How many washers are in this tap washer pack?

There are four, all 22mm and made from fibre.

Are they suitable for plumbing tap fittings?

They are for 22mm tap connector joints, which are common on plumbing tap fittings.
