Oracstar Flexible Pan Connector

This Oracstar flexible pan connector links the outlet of a toilet pan to the soil pipe. Its flexible body bends to take up small differences in height and position between the two. It comes from a soil range certified to BS4514 and EN1329. A flexible soil connector like this is a common fix when a new WC pan does not line up exactly with the old pipework.

Specification

Which one do I need?

A flexible WC pan connector is the one to choose when the pan outlet and soil pipe are slightly out of line. For a perfectly aligned outlet, a rigid connector may be enough.

Fitting a toilet pan connector

1. Turn off the water and remove the old connector.
2. Clean the soil pipe socket and the pan outlet.
3. Push the connector into the soil pipe, then over the pan outlet.
4. Fix the pan in place and flush to test for leaks.
