Why choose 18mm plywood?

Thicker sheets flex less over a span. An 8x4 plywood sheet also gives you the most material to cut from with the fewest joins.

How to use

  1. Support the sheet fully before cutting.
  2. Mark out and cut with a fine-tooth saw to limit splintering.
  3. Seal cut edges if the panel will be outside.
  4. Fix with screws suited to the job.
