About this product

RMPP Exterior Plywood 2440 x 1220 x 5.5mm

Is 5.5 mm plywood right for my job?

Thin plywood is best for cladding, backing and panels where weight matters more than stiffness. For shelves or anything that takes a load, a thicker board is a better choice.

Cutting plywood timber

  1. Lay the sheet flat on supports so it does not sag.
  2. Score or tape the cut line to reduce splintering.
  3. Cut with a fine-tooth blade.
  4. Seal the edges and faces before outdoor use.
